The exhibition Spatial Topography was initiated by an invitation to Adéla Matasová to take part in another in a series of joint conversations with her former students, this time reflecting on the theme of landscape. The works on display are connected by a response to photographs from Adéla’s series How One Makes One’s Bed. What unites them is a persistent urge to explore and examine the space we currently inhabit—whether it is our immediate surroundings or the landscapes of distant horizons that we encounter on our journeys of discovery.
